A collection of tools, knowledge and shipped games pertaining my role as Product Manager for the iGaming and Web3 industry, applying that as well to my knowledge of the mobile and AAA F2P industries, as well as some product analyses and ideas based on market research.
Here is a simple guide that I’ve developed as a Producer, as such in charge of both Product, Project and Team Management. This hierarchy is applied to agile methodologies for quick-delivery iterative sprints.

A database depicting the KPIs I keep track of for game performance and health. These are ranked in terms of revenue impact as a prioritization for manual tracking and automatic alerts one might set up.
The goal here is to prioritize the interpretation of Low Cost / High Impact metrics**:** Focusing on Retention and DAU/MAU, for example. These are easy to track (standard in tools like Unity Analytics or Firebase) and give you the most "truth" about your game's quality.
A tip I go by is: Don't just track "Activity." Track "Meaningful Activity." In an RPG, that’s "Bosses Defeated." In a Match-3, it’s "Levels Won per Session."
A dashboard made with Google Looker Studio and with example data where I track KPIs used for quick diagnoses, applying the insights described above.
